EXTREMELY IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Your responses to First Officer (FO) checklist questions are typically the same as the question itself. For example, when the FO Michelle asks, "Taxi Lights On?", you can respond with the command, "Taxi Lights On", and the FO will turn on the Taxi Lights. Or, you can flip the switch yourself and then say, "Checked", or "Roger".
  
  
• The fail-safe response to BYPASS (get past) ANY First Officer checklist question, is to simply say, "Checked", or "Roger".  However, keep in mind, that you may also be bypassing a necessary setting.   For example, let's say the FO Michelle asks, "Anti Ice on?". If you simply say, "Checked", even when the switch of OFF, the FO will continue down the checklist, but the setting will be WRONG!.
  
  
• Your response to general questions by the FO (i.e., not related to the checklists), is "Affirmative." or "Negative."   Naturally, you can also say, "Yes please." and "No thanks."
